We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our clients Salesforce platform.
This includes managing user setup, profiles, roles, and teams, as well as collaborating with end users and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality. You will assess information systems to ensure alignment with organizational needs, provide user support, maintain system security, and develop process documentation while training and motivating end users to adopt improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including setting up users, managing profiles, roles, and team structures.
- Create and implement tailored features such as custom fields, workflows, dashboards, and detailed reports.
- Ensure the security of Salesforce by managing roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Handle troubleshooting and provide user support to maintain the efficiency of the Salesforce environment.
- Analyze business requirements, identify areas for system improvement, and collaborate with users to develop effective solutions.
- Perform administrative tasks like user management, data cleanup, and security settings.
- Work with external vendors and partners to manage system updates, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Oversee and coordinate external consultants or resources when required.
- Assess and implement system changes to align with evolving business needs.
- Follow established development standards to deliver high-quality results.
- Promote user engagement by delivering training programs and supporting system adoption efforts.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, including managing large-scale implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Proficiency in data loaders and mass-cleaning tools to maintain system integrity.
- Expertise in automating processes within Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in time management and organization.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools, such as MuleSoft.
- Understanding of software development and testing principles.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Quick learner with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to manage projects and business relationships across multiple teams.
- Experience managing other system administrators.
